Roughly 100 Fort Hood Judge Advocates, paralegals, and Department of Defense civilian attorneys observed a formal hearing in front of the highest court of military appeals in the Mission Training Complex building Friday.

The hearing was part of the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Force’s Project Outreach, which travels nationwide to military installations, law schools, and some civilian organizations to conduct its docketed oral arguments, providing new audiences insight on the courts martial and the judicial process.
