Fort Hood hosts National Hispanic Heritage Month observance.

FORT HOOD, Texas — The 36th Engineer Brigade will host Fort Hood’s National Hispanic Heritage Month Observance from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. Sept. 20 in the

Phantom Warrior Center here.

The guest speaker will be retired Lt. Col. Luis Sepulveda who was formerly the Senior Financial Adviser for the Assistant Secretary of the Army.

The event is open to the public.

Media who wish to cover this event should register on the Fort Hood Press Center here. On Sept. 20, media should meet public affairs at the south side parking lot of the visitors’ center at 1 p.m.
