FORT HOOD, Texas - Fort Hood officials have released the name of a Soldier who died Nov. 25 from injuries suffered from a motor vehicle accident in Bee Cave, Texas.

Spc. Kayleb Richardlee Harp, 24, whose home of record is listed as Colorado Springs, Colorado, entered active-duty military service in June 2012 as a combat medic.

He was assigned to 215th Brigade Support Battalion, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, since January 2013.

Harp’s awards and decorations include Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon and the Driver and Mechanic Badge.

Circumstances surrounding the accident are under investigation.
