CRDAMC to host Assumption of Command ceremony

FORT HOOD, Texas – Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center will hold an Assumption of Command ceremony Friday at 8:30 a.m. at the main hospital entrance in front of the flag pole, for Col. Patricia Darnauer, the incoming CRDAMC commander.

Col. Darnauer will assume command from Col. Roger Gallup, who has been the interim CRDAMC commander since Col. (P) Patrick Sargent relinquished command in April of this year.

Maj. Gen. Jimmie Keenan, commanding general of Southern Regional Medical Command, will be the reviewing officer for the ceremony.

In the case of inclement weather the ceremony will be held at Abrams Gymnasium on 62nd Street and Support Ave. (Bldg. 23001).
