Day 1 – III Corps Best Warrior Competition underway
FORT HOOD, Texas — During the first of the four-day III Corps’ Best Warrior Competition June 4, five Soldiers and five noncommissioned officers from III Corps units across the United States, took on the modified Army Physical Fitness Test at #FortHood. The modified APFT is comprised of four events: pull-ups, rope climb, sit-ups with a weight and a one-mile run in body armor.
