Due to inclement weather, on February 2nd the Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center and outlying clinics will operate a delayed start and will resume normal operations at noon.

All surgeries scheduled for February 2nd have been cancelled and will be rescheduled at a later date.

All outpatient appointments scheduled after 12 p.m. will not be affected. Pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology operations will reopen at 12 p.m.

Dependent upon the appointment type, clinics will contact patients to offer virtual options at their convenience.

Appointments cancelled due to weather closures will be rescheduled by the clinic within the next few business days. Patients may also call the Call Center at (254)288-8888 to reschedule if they have not heard from their clinic or if their condition changes. Patients may also contact their care team through the MHS Genesis Patient Portal.

The CRDAMC Call Center will open at noon; however, due to anticipated call volumes, patients should expect longer than usual wait times.

Patients are encouraged to the MHS Genesis Patient Portal to schedule or reschedule appointments, and call the Nurse Advice Hotline at 1-800-874-2273 to address any health concerns.
